1. Delivery options:
   • anytime at the Tidelander’s discretion between 8 am and 8 pm
   • 4-hour delivery window
   • 2-hour delivery window
2. On 2/12 at 11:59 PM, our normal pricing ends. On 2/13 – our prices will increase to our ‘last-minute rates’.
3. Orders placed during the window of 12:01 AM to 11:59 PM on 2/13 will charged our higher rates. No 2-hour or 4-hour delivery windows will be available once we move into last-minute pricing.
4. Orders placed after 5 PM on 2/13 will be filled depending on quartet availability. We will refund any orders that we are unable to complete.
5. No orders will be accepted on Wednesday 2/14 (no exceptions). Our ordering page will stop taking orders.

Singing Valentine’s is a Houston Tidelanders tradition and specialty. We’ve been serenading Valentines for many years. Our Quartets can wear masks and social distance. When requested, our singers even stayed outside to make our guests feel more comfortable.
