Jim Fenton recalls the Tidelanders performance at the St. Louis International Convention:
We dressed western and decorated our hospitality room with western motif and took cases of Lone Star beer for sharing with others. It was a big hit and promoted the Tidelanders presence in the SPEBSQSA society. During the 80s years we had 99 men on stage for contest and shows.
